How long is the rental period?

 All rentals are for one week


What is the process of renting your surfaces?

We are appointment only right now. If you are interested in renting a specific surface you saw online or want to come to look in person, please call or send us an email to set up a time to come by the studio.

Surfaces are rented on a first come, first serve basis. If you see something you like online and want to know if it is available, you can call or email us with the surface number, which is located to the right of the image. If it is available, we’ll put a 24 hour hold on it for you.


How do I return the surfaces I rented?

You can make an appointment to return the surfaces at the time of rental or call during your rental period to set up a time to drop off.


What kind of payments do you accept?

We prefer cash, check, Venmo, and Chase Quick-pay but can accept credit cards.


What if I lose or damage an item from my order?

We understand that accidents happen. If any damage or loss has occurred, please call or send us an email letting us know. The rental contract states the lost and damage fee is 8X the rental cost. We will do our best to work with you in the replacement of the surface. Some may be replaceable at cost, but if it is a custom or vintage surface we may not be able to replace it. In any case, we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.


Do you offer delivery and pick up?

We do. If you’re interested in delivery and pick up, please reach out with the dates and surfaces you are interested in as well as the delivery location. Delivery/pick-ups fees within the City of Chicago range from $50 - $150 each way depending on the order. Please contact us for a quote for any locations outside of the city.


Are you available to make a surface to order or even paint entire sets?

Yes! Some of our most favorite projects have come from clients’ custom requests. Bring it on!
